January 2021

As we enter the new year we are in Tier 4 – stay at home!  The weekly, Wednesday morning outdoor market at the village hall will continue from January 6th – do come along – it means we can get essential supplies without having to face crowded shops.

Sadly the successful community cafe will have to pause while we are in tier 4. Let’s hope for an improvement in the numbers and the successful vaccination programme to allow a restart in the spring. Thank You Lindsay forgetting it going.

The Fish and Chip van resumes on Tuesday 5th Jan from 5-7.30pm;  and John Skelly’s fresh fish van visits Lawshall next on Tuesday  12th January – afternoon.

Stay warm and well,  and if you need help with anything please do not hesitate to ask – people are very willing to help. Coronavirus helpline number remains active: phone 828477.
